Data Protection
Our Approach
Onnmore handles personal and business information you share with us — including documents required for registrations, licenses, tax and compliance filings — with reasonable care and in line with applicable Indian data protection law.
What We Collect
This may include identity documents, business documents, contact details and financial information necessary to complete the specific service you've requested. We collect only what is reasonably required for that purpose.
Storage & Retention
Documents and information are retained for as long as necessary to complete your request and to meet any applicable legal, regulatory or record-keeping requirements, after which they may be securely deleted or archived.
Access Controls
Access to client documents and information is limited to team members and partner professionals directly involved in processing your request.
Third Parties
Where a service requires submission to a government portal, department, bank or partner professional (such as a CA/CS), relevant information is shared strictly as needed to complete that specific service.
Payment Data
Where payment is collected online, payment credentials may be processed directly by an authorised payment gateway or payment service provider. Onnmore does not intentionally collect or store full card numbers, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN or OTP through its own website forms. Transaction references, payment status, amount, date and related records may be retained for reconciliation, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal or regulatory record-keeping.
Your Rights
You may request details of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where legally possible, by writing to support@onnmore.com.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe your data has been mishandled, please contact us directly so we can look into it.
