By accessing or using this website, or engaging Onnmore's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Nature of Our Services

Onnmore Technologies Private Limited is a private-sector business services and professional assistance company. Our services may include business registration assistance, startup and business documentation, application preparation, filing assistance, licensing support, GST-related assistance, compliance support, process coordination and related business paperwork services. We are not a government authority, government department or government portal, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government authority. Forms and information collected through this website are used to understand and process customer requirements and are not themselves official government applications.

Government authorities, regulators, statutory bodies, courts and tribunals independently review matters and make their own decisions. Payment to Onnmore does not constitute or guarantee government approval, registration, licence issuance, tax approval, trademark registration or any other statutory, regulatory or judicial outcome.

Fees and Taxes

Fees charged by Onnmore are professional consultancy, assistance and facilitation fees for the services expressly selected by the customer. Any applicable government or statutory fees, stamp duty, filing charges and third-party professional charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise and will be disclosed before payment or before the relevant work begins. Applicable taxes on Onnmore's services will be charged as required by law.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information and documents.
• Responding to requests for clarification in a timely manner.
• Reviewing documents/filings before submission where requested.

Service Delivery and Fulfilment

After payment and receipt of the information and documents reasonably required for the selected service, Onnmore will process the request in accordance with the applicable service scope. The method of fulfilment may include consultation, document review, preparation of forms or applications, filing assistance, process coordination, status updates or delivery of completed work product, as applicable to the selected service.

Service timelines depend on the scope of work, customer responsiveness, document completeness and, where applicable, the processing time of government authorities, banks or other third parties. No fixed statutory processing time or approval timeline is guaranteed by Onnmore unless expressly stated in writing.

Online Payments and Payment Information

Where online payment is available, payment processing may be handled by an authorised payment gateway. Onnmore does not request or intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN, OTP or other authentication credentials through its own forms. Customers should enter payment credentials only on the payment gateway's secure interface and should follow the gateway's instructions.

Legal Services & Professional Legal Support

Onnmore Technologies Private Limited provides business services, documentation and compliance assistance to entrepreneurs, startups and growing businesses.

Where a matter requires professional legal advice, legal consultation, legal drafting, legal documentation or other legal services, Onnmore may coordinate with qualified legal professionals through its associated legal practices, including Sujata Associates and VIVEK GUPTA & CO., subject to the nature and requirements of the matter.

Legal services are provided by appropriately qualified legal professionals within the scope of their professional practice and applicable regulatory requirements. Where legal representation or another specialist legal engagement is required, the applicable legal professional or legal practice will be identified to the client before that engagement begins.

Any applicable legal or professional fees will be communicated clearly to the client before the relevant service is undertaken.

Government authorities, courts and tribunals independently make their own decisions. Onnmore and its associated legal professionals do not guarantee any particular registration, licence, governmental, judicial or legal outcome.

We reserve the right to engage external professionals or partners as needed to complete a request, while remaining your primary point of contact.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care in providing our services, Onnmore is not liable for delays, rejections or outcomes that depend on third-party government departments or authorities beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
