Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for professional assistance and consultancy services provided by Onnmore.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before substantial work has started and before an application or submission has been made to a government portal or authority on your behalf. Please contact us as soon as possible with your Case ID.
Once document verification, application preparation, consultation, filing, submission or other service work has started, cancellation may be limited because work may already have been performed.
Refund Eligibility
- Before work starts: Where no substantial work has been performed, an eligible professional-fee refund may be processed after review of the request.
- After work starts: Any refund, if applicable, will take into account the professional work already performed, documents reviewed, applications prepared or filings completed.
- After filing/submission: Once an application or filing has been submitted to a government authority, the professional fee may not be refundable because the requested filing assistance has been performed.
- Completed services: No refund is normally available after the agreed service has been completed and the relevant documents, filing confirmation or outcome has been provided.
Government & Statutory Fees
Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty or third-party charges are separate from Onnmore's professional fees where applicable. Amounts already paid to or incurred with a government department or third party may not be refundable by Onnmore. Any refund of such amount is subject to the relevant authority's or third party's own rules.
Government Rejection or Delay
Government authorities independently review applications and make the final decision. Payment for Onnmore's assistance does not guarantee approval, registration, licence issuance or a particular processing time. If an application is rejected or delayed by an authority, we will help explain the available next steps. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the stage of the service and the work already performed.
Failed, Cancelled or Reversed Online Payments
If an online payment fails, is reversed or the customer's account is debited but Onnmore does not receive the payment, the transaction will be reconciled. Where a refund is due, it will normally be initiated to the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway and bank's processing timelines.
Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved, Onnmore will normally initiate the refund within 7 business days from the date of approval, subject to completion of any required reconciliation or verification. The subsequent credit to the customer's account is controlled by the payment gateway, acquiring institution, bank, card issuer or other payment provider and may take additional time.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Send us your Case ID and request to support@onnmore.com or contact us on WhatsApp. We will review the request against the status of your case and the work already performed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for online transactions will normally be initiated through the same payment gateway or original payment mechanism used for the transaction, where the payment provider supports that method. Onnmore will not ordinarily issue cash refunds for an online payment unless required by applicable law. After initiation, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment gateway, acquiring institution, bank, card issuer or other payment provider. Onnmore cannot control delays occurring after the refund has been initiated.
Important
This policy should be read together with Onnmore's Terms & Conditions. The final scope, applicable professional fee and any government or statutory charges should be reviewed before payment.
